DescriptionAs a North America Associate Merchant, you are responsible for building and executing the assortment direction and strategy, focusing on building category consumer right lines and edited offers to ensure a productive, profitable, and integrated marketplace. You will partner with cross functional teams to deliver well informed assortments to the consumer.Key Accountabilities include:Partnering with Global Product Creation teammates to determine consumer led capacity and insights through the End-To-End Line Planning Process.
Working with Design and Product partners to build consumer right product lines and edited offers
Building Edited Offers according to seasonal assortment, segmentation/differentiation, and product pricing strategy 
Working with analytics to understand the performance and productivity of the Line Plan and creates action plans to ensure progress toward key performance indicators.
Key Deliverables include: Building seasonal assortment frameworks for the integrated marketplace.
Assisting with tools to collect and analyze Marketplace Insights for the Category
Presenting seasonal assortment vision/key seasonal stories to cross functional partners. 
Building seasonal sell in tools for downstream partners.
Creating and maintaining seasonal edited product offers 
Processing samples and/or contributing to key meeting openings and retail buildouts
QualificationsRequires a Bachelor’s degree or additional 2 years of experience in lieu of degree
At least 2 years’ experience in merchandising, product creation, and or retail, in a vertical or wholesale environment
Footwear, apparel and/or equipment merchandising experience
Proficiency in retail and profit based metrics
Assortment planning experience
A keen understanding of the Nike consumer and marketplace
A high taste level for product
An ability to employ retail acumen and proven storytelling capabilities
An ability to respond with speed and agility
Candidate must be willing to travel 10% of the time
