We enable all technology for Nike Direct – Nike’s Retail and Digital capabilities – whether mobile, online, in store or at the core of our business processes.As the Sr. Program & Financial Ops Mgr, you will be responsible for activating Asia-Pacific Latin America (APLA) Brand initiatives and manage financial aspects of the portfolio. You will be on top of the financial planning of our department, both in terms of investment as organizational finances. You help our department to understand the value we bring throughout the year, you help us prioritize investments and provide insight into roadmaps.Your opportunities and responsibilities go beyond the Portfolio and include Program Mgmt leadership in the Brand space.  You’ll manage the APLA Retail Brand Capabilities intake and drive alignment with the Global Team.  The ideal candidate has financial acumen, is curious and proactive, and possesses a stomach for ambiguity.You will need to manage this through others and provide high level overviews to senior leadership, by understanding the details yourself. You will be a key driver of decisions made for the future of NDe-APLA.WHAT DOES YOUR JOB LOOK LIKE?Build partnerships within the NDe team, Technical Operations team and Nike Direct Finance community.
Own the preparation and distribution of timely and insightful portfolio analysis of pertinent information to determine progress against strategic plan, budget, forecast, and to support financial decisions. 
Construct forecasts, and enable finance to successfully perform month-/year-end close.
Create reports for management / leadership to help communicate and inform on the NDE APLA portfolio finances, measuring relevant characteristics to ensure data is transformed into information driving decision making
Enable NDE teams creating business cases on new initiatives and help define how to track value in an Agile environment.
Support the yearly planning cycle, from both a business needs perspective as from a financial planning perspective
Drive intake on Brand Projects in alignment with Portfolio, Stores, and Digital
Collaborate with the APLA Retail Brand Marketing Team on technical solutions
Qualifications
Bachelor / Master degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science or a related field
5 years+ professional experience in a large multi-national company, within Business planning, IT, Retail or a related field.
Experience in working in an environment with a high rate of change and short delivery timelines.
Experience with analysis of portfolio deliverables against key business metrics – linking capability delivery with strategic objectives, within an Agile PMO.
Experience in translating data into information that drives decision making
Experience in and profound knowledge of SAP financial modules, Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in financial management, budgeting and forecasting at the cost center and portfolio level. Working with and influencing multiple teams to get to a reliable and predictable forecast against budget.
Strong influencing skills and the ability to interact with senior management
Experience in working in multi-functional teams to deliver results
