As our Data Analytics Manager you will join a small, dynamic team that is leading the effort to introduce Data Strategy and Standardization concepts and behaviors within the Global Sourcing and Manufacturing organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and actively participating in data-focused projects that require a data architecture, data warehouse, and data concepts. You will be working closely with a visualization and governance team to create the full package for our customers. This work will require strong leadership abilities as you’ll work both independently and with project teams to understand, research, determine, document and communicate direction. You will utilize your knowledge of product data and will expand your understanding of the business as you work to determine effective solutions to data quality challenges and future data-set needs. You need to possess keen influence and communication skills as you will need to direct business partners towards resolution of data challenges that create issues for the business. You will grow your own understanding of the role in data relationships  in an organization and will apply your learnings to your work. You’ll also work to elevate the greater organization’s understanding of the role of COE Data Analytics and the importance of sustaining quality product data.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or a Technical discipline, or equivalent level of experience in a Data Analysis/Administration, Data Quality, Data Governance, or related field. An additional 2 years relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree is acceptable.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extensive experience in leading projects with a team-focused approach
Experience or demonstrated passion for working with data
Proven analytical and problem solving ability
Proven ability to effectively influence at all levels of the organization and deliver impactful results in a constantly evolving, broadly reaching business environment
Intermediate-level proficiency with MS Office suite 
Proven ability to remain high functioning during times of ambiguity and minimal direction
Ability to prioritize, organize and manage deadlines
Strong problem solving and decision making skills
Strong attention to detail and process orientation
Global Sourcing and Manufacturing experience is preferred
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in working with product data is preferred
Experience in a data governed/regulated environment is a plus
Experience with industry-recognized project management best practices is a plus
