Air Manufacturing Innovation is undergoing a transformation to strengthen the foundation and elevate our ability to make quick data driven decisions to achieve world class operational excellence.  This includes business efficiency/effectiveness through planning operations with emphasis on customer service digital systems administration, that lead to effective critical cross functional communication to key stakeholders.  The role will support a cross functional team, both internally to  Air MI and Nike Inc, and create a focused, quick and consistent way of providing key information to the customer in a pleasant, consistent professional manner. We have a dynamic and diverse team tasked to complete complex global projects which bring value to the business.  We are looking for a self-starter with new ideas to enhance our team.Key Job AccountabilitiesAnalyzes plans, conducts and/or prepares plans or procedures that provide operational and/or technical support to business operations to achieve
specific objectives.
Advises business groups by providing direction to initiative prioritization, integration and resource application.
Maintains ongoing communication and engagement with stakeholders.
Tracks, maintains and provides current information on the operation's business scorecard.
Ensures effective and efficient operations through conducting operations analyses (i.e. operational effectiveness and capacity utilization), and recommends improvements.
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; applies limited judgment and discretion
Responds to standard requests from internal and/or external customers
Ability to maintain high level integrity, remain flexible, results orientated and work productively in a matrix organization
Embrace a changing culture
QualificationsBachelors Degree or equivalent work experience that provides knowledge and exposure to fundamental theories, principals and concepts           
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs
Customer Service Experience Prefered
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
