DescriptionAs our Relationships manager for Global Influence, you will help the Nike teams to grow and deepen the relationships with the leaders in entertainment globally. You will support the Global Senior Director of Influencer Marketing Relationships to develop strategies and business plans for the Global Tier 1 entertainment influencer portfolio. You will work across the Influencer Marketing teams (global and GEOs) to oversee all aspects of the entertainment talent projects from end to end, including product development, marketing, communications. You will be working closely with the Global Influencer team and the respective GEO leaders and help facilitate and mediate between Nike teams and our external portfolio of Influencers. You will be responsible for staying abreast of key initiatives, narratives and moments of the brand and communicating to the relevant GEO leads. You will serve as the liaison between the talent (or, the talent lead within the GEO) and the Nike stakeholders.

You will develop in-depth knowledge of the Nike brand and its categories to help define priorities and orchestrate work streams to ensure efficiency across all influencers/brand plans and initiatives.
Qualifications5-7 years of brand management, account or program management
Strong knowledge of entertainment and pop culture
Passion & love for the Nike brand
Knowledge of product development process and launch strongly preferred
Fast paced environment requires a dedicated self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit. 
Strong inter-personal, communication and organizational skills required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
Passion for building and maintaining relationships
A business builder that can plan and execute with strong analytical abilities and translate insights into strategic and tactical plans
Proven leadership skills in managing/influencing teams and implementing key business initiatives
Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
Previous experience applying knowledge of business drivers to identify key indicators including budget development and tracking, and financial forecasting
Proficient in Key Note a must
