DescriptionAs our Integrated Brand Director within the Global Influencer Marketing organization, you will align with the Sr. Director Influencer Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies and plans to serve the Global Influencer Marketing offense. You’ll define priorities, lead the IM brand team and orchestrate work streams to ensure efficiency across all initiatives and drive brand plans and integrate the company mission into business plans and initiatives. You'll determine how the execution of marketing operations occurs globally throughout the marketing process; define globally consistent and efficient delivery/sharing of category content through defined systems, tools and processes; create the vision of end-to-end marketing optimization, from planning and budgeting, through marketing content management, to global execution and analysis.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in business or related discipline, or an additional two years in lieu of a degree.
At least 10 years of demonstrated Marketing excellence and or Brand Planning, Brand Marketing knowledge, with responsibilities to include experience to include brand design, retail and event production.
Recent experience managing the global category marketing game plan process, understanding inputs/outputs and impacts of decisions on all key gates leading to a premium brand experience for the consumer.
Knowledge of the intersection and relationship of global and geography marketing processes
Contracts and budget management (related to brand content creation, brand executions and product collaborations)
Strong Project Management
Brand planning, calendar/map management
Proven ability to develop and drive operational strategy and excellence throughout the marketing process, identifying and adopting best practices to optimize performance
Ability to direct the resolution of highly complex business problems
Experience managing (directly or virtually) diverse teams with potentially competing priorities.
