DescriptionWill work directly with senior executive leadership to develop and execute global long-term, mid-term and seasonal growth strategies in Beaverton, OR. Will be responsible for driving the business function to plan against various corporate deliverables. Will partner with the other strategic planning resources on larger strategic plans. Will independently lead cross-functional special project teams in support of management to help identify and evaluate critical strategic priorities and strategic problems, and to catalyze action against these priorities through strategic and long-range business planning and performance management. Will shape and drive the company’s growth agenda by leading the business planning processes, aligning enterprise leadership to make the biggest opportunities a reality, and spearheading transformational projects across diverse businesses and geographies. Will explore complex business issues. Will conduct consumer, competitive, and market analyses. Will create financial models and develop action plans to galvanize teams. Will deliver high-quality plans and presentations. Will conduct and analyze research related to consumers, industries and competitors. Will demonstrate problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills. Will supervise 1-5 direct subordinates. Will engage in less than ten percent domestic and international travel. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance or a Master’s degree in business or finance. Experience: Bachelor’s degree and five years of overall progressive experience in program management or a masters degree and three years of experience in program management. Skills/Requirements: 3 years of experience in the following skill sets: (1) process and business analysis, (2) data analysis, (3) data visualization, (4) budget management, (5) managing a team of one to five people and engaging in the management of a cross-functional team, (6) product lifecycle management, and (7) creating executive level presentations and (8) developing functional and program strategic plans. plans.
