DescriptionAs our Financial Analyst you will support our Direct to Consumer finance teams in the areas of inventory management and support of the revenue and margin planning processes.  Key activities include physical inventory reconciliations, inventory aging analysis, internal returns reconciliations, shrink analysis and OCOGS support.  Drive business performance and operational excellence through timely and insightful analysis of inventory KPIs and metrics through partnerships with Field Ops, Supply Chain and Accounting teams. 
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
2 years' experience in financial analysis, financial/strategic planning, accounting and/or budgeting or a related area
An advanced degree may be considered in lieu of 1 years' required experience
Strong intermediate to advanced-level proficiency with Excel
Broad understanding of different systems and their data timelines
Demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to multi-task, adapt and prioritize to fast paced environment
Strong sense of urgency and ability to work with short turnaround times
Experience with SAP's financial modules is preferred
CPA or MBA is preferred
Retail experience is a plus
Ability to pass a 7 year background check
