DescriptionAs Content Director for Global HR, you’ll partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver and manage HR content that contributes to a world-class employee experience.

In this role, you’ll lead the Global Content Team in the development and execution of a content and knowledge management strategy that applies to the development, publishing, management, measurement, governance, and continuous improvement of HR information and resources.

As a member of HR Service Innovation, you will apply your expertise in content management, information architecture, search, and usability to ensure content findability, searchability, discoverability, utility, and value, informed by employee research, site metrics, front-line HR feedback, and other channels.
RESPONSIBILITIESOwn and evolve Nike HR’s content and knowledge management strategy
Lead an expert team to publish and manage content across an internal digital ecosystem
Manage delivery of insights to subject matter experts and/or content creators
Orchestrate and maintain a cadence of content audits to drive accuracy and effectiveness
Represent the Global Content Team in partnering with HR leadership to drive content quality
Partner with HR Service Innovation peers to deliver value to employees and the business
QualificationsMaster’s (preferred) Bachelor’s degree (plus experience) in a related field
Demonstrated progressive experience overseeing corporate content management
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage and develop teams and individuals
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple objectives and deadlines
Direct experience with CMS, LMS, and KMS systems and processes
Direct experience working with global teams, audiences, localization, and translation
Direct experience on teams applying Agile and Scrum methodologies
Proven communication, collaboration, and relationship skills in highly matrixed environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and site analytics tools
Proficiency with HTML and familiarity with JavaScript / JS frameworks
HR functional experience preferred
