DescriptionMission / Mandate
Spearhead our DTC evolution by building capabilities to drive digital business growth through a financial and consumer centric lens
Responsibilities
-Direct our understanding and use of growth dimensions in our forward planning for the digital business, across merchandise supply, consumer demand and marketing activation
-Lead the development of our Digital Finance forecasting capability, from understanding current approach to designing future state people, process and tech
-Direct the incorporation of our consumer lens into how we plan the business
-Establish and champion analyses to drive roadmap prioritization for our digital business portfolio, combining financial valuation with business requirements
-Be a leader in our journey to transform our digital business and ecosystems to best serve athletes*
Characteristics
-Demonstrated history of getting things done in complex environments, with an ability to influence others, implement change and standardize processes
-A self-starter mentality, balanced with being a team player that can take a collaborative approach
-An ability to be equal parts thinker and doer, white-boarding strategies and problem-solving, with the inertia to get things done
Qualifications-8-10 years’ experience in Finance, with experience and leadership in Financial Planning & Analysis roles
-Experience in branded consumer products with a heavy emphasis on digital as both a sales and consumer engagement platform
-Excellent modeling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear and compelling narratives
