DescriptionAs our Marketing Manager for Jordan Performance, you’ll be responsible for developing and implementing the complete marketing plan for Jordan Basketball and Running/Training. You will create product and brand demand, understanding external constituents, and effectively present company or product information. You are responsible for developing the programs that will enhance Jordan brand awareness and sales by utilizing messaging and media that are meaningful to retailers and consumers. You’ll assist in the development and implementation of seasonal and category marketing programs, and engage with the consumer to ensure targeted programs are aligning with consumer brand strategies. You'll also adopt, enrich and creatively support global category strategy within local markets. You’ll partner across internal teams (sports marketing, event marketing, retail brand marketing, etc.) to ensure programs are implemented per category brand direction.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline•5+ years' experience in consumer marketing or related experience in marketing strategy, marketing planning, marketing implementation, retail merchandising, display and consumer servicing and events implementation o2 years' additional experience in lieu of degree•Knowledge of athletic industry and trends in the marketplacePreferred:•Marketing experience targeted to a variety of different consumers with a deep understanding of cultural trends•Experience with Footwear and Apparel•Understanding of our company's matrix and product lines NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
