DescriptionThe Director of Transition Management, Connected Product, will be part of a high performing team delivering new capabilities and value to the enterprise. As part of the program team, you will prepare Nike and partner teams for large-scale changes through deliberate and thoughtful engagement throughout the course of the program. Within your role, you will leverage your change management experience to collaborate with leaders across involved functions to develop/maintain strategic plans and operational processes that emphasize collective readiness and effective, coordinated activation. This key role will define, develop and execute transition strategies so that strategic growth priorities and competitive advantages are met.This position will lead a team and work in coordination with management to maintain the broader view of many simultaneous high-visibility and high-impact projects. Responsibilities:Provides change and business transformation leadership and general direction for the transition management team, driving major business strategies and prioritizing change work across change/transition management team members.
Drives change/transition management efforts across functions and workstreams to enable transition efforts; provides organizational impact assessments; drives stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, communication planning, training, and general oversight of transition management efforts.
Creates change framework, change planning, rollout strategy, and adoption for change and transformation projects.
Provide oversight, mentoring, and management for Connected Product transition management team members.
Conducts end to end business process mapping of program impacts throughout the end to end making, delivery and engagement of product.
Develops and defines adoption metrics and measurement strategies in order to monitor change progress.
Presents strategies and findings to stakeholders, using excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Participates in the coordination and setup of workshops, working sessions, and meetings.
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Organizational Development or related disciplines. A Master’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
7 - 10 years of experience implementing business change initiatives; 5 - 7 years in a managerial leadership role.
Ability to drive multiple transition management work tracks and report results to executive stakeholders. 
Demonstrated understanding of change / transition management principles, stakeholder engagement, communications, business readiness and training.
Expert-level stakeholder engagement with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proven track record of driving adoption through realization of business benefits. 
Problem-solver and analytical thinker who can fluidly adapt to business challenges while maintaining best practices and standards. 
Previous experience developing training and/or communication materials is required.
Previous experience in process, system and/or reorganization projects is strongly preferred.
