DescriptionAs our IAT Marketplace Merchandise Manager, you will be a fundamental stakeholder in ensuring that seasonal stories & initiatives come to life in Foot Inc. Your role will consist of building both short & long term strategic frameworks in concert with critical IAT sales & planning partners as well as category merchandising & sales in North America. You will be a key member of the Integrated Account Team, working closely with your partners from sales, planning and brand. The goal of the work is to:Build compelling assortments aligned to financial plans and consumer mindset
Communicate 13 week product stories through the lens of data and product that can be taken to social and retail 
Continue to foster a deeper connection with the consumer 
Influence through E2E line planning work both geography & global partners to build consumer relevant product & assortments that drive profitable revenue growth for both the IT & Nike North America. 
You will build consumer mindset assortments in order to align with both Nike and the Accounts seasonal vison while driving a clear financially aligned strategy in cooperation with your IAT counterparts. You will develop and lead the overall merchandising vision for your business, create seasonal consumer right assortments and ensure you drive alignment internally and externally. The role will also require you to understand and use retail math, as financials will be a critical component in building profitable assortments, increasing SKU efficiency and driving top line revenue growth. In addition to the art and science, you will be responsible for having a finger on the pulse of the consumer to anticipate marketplace shifts and ensuring the ability to react quickly. As the Merchandising Manager, you will be tasked with identifying key opportunities not only post booking deadlines but also after the assortments have landed at retail. This hindsight will be leveraged in order to influence future assortment direction. In addition, you will not only clearly communicate the Nike brand vision and assortment strategies to the retailer, but you will also work back with cross-functional partners upstream in order to define the consumer needs of the future downstream. Teamwork, adaptability, optimism, and strong communication and influence skills will be key skills to your success.QualificationsBachelor's Degree or two additional years of experience in lieu of a degree 
At least 5 years’ experience in merchandising, product creation, and or retail, in a vertical or wholesale environment 
Footwear or apparel merchandising experience 
Proficiency in retail and profit based metrics 
Assortment planning experience 
Experience in the Mall business and/or Department store business 
Candidate must be willing to travel 15% - 20% of the time
