DescriptionAs our Technology & Reporting Finance Analyst you will support the Technology & Reporting lead in reporting key financial metrics for NIKE Direct’s three channels: NIKE.com, NIKE Factory Stores and NIKE Stores.  You will be responsible for providing accurate, timely data to drive business decisions across North America Direct. You will improve existing and create new reporting to provide transparency into business performance.  You will also be responsible for data visualization and Tableau dashboard creation across the North America Direct P&L; including revenue, margin, SG&A and earnings.  Your work will require collaboration across the NA Direct finance team and NA Direct leadership team to make this information accessible and to ensure its relevance.  You’ll also identify where related work occurs elsewhere across NIKE, understand similarities and differences and look for opportunities to support the NA Direct finance team and our key stakeholders.
In this role, you must have a strong understanding of both business processes and the systems/tools that support the NA Direct finance team.  Comfort with data and systems and the ability to distill complex information into relevant actionable insights is a requirement.  Experience with large data sets and visualization software is strongly preferred.  Advanced Excel skills are required.  Tableau experience is strongly preferred.  In this role, a customer-service mindset is a must.
AccountabilitiesCollaborate with key stakeholders including the CFO of NA Direct, channel finance directors and other functional leaders to ensure business alignment on reporting and data visualization
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interface with management
Ability to translate tech requirements between finance and NIKE tech teams
Strong attention to detail in the development of management quality reporting and analytics for the finance and leadership teams
Partner with key stakeholders to translate goals and objectives into projects with timelines and associated deliverables
Self-starter that identifies and executes improvements in our tools, reporting and processes on behalf of the NA Direct finance team
Act as the team’s process expert and systems specialist; be a resource for the team ensuring that processes are efficient and consistent, ensure data integrity/accuracy and document processes
Present data in a visually compelling way

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business or Information Systems
1-2 years' experience in corporate financial planning and analysis, public accounting, investment banking or consulting
Advanced Excel proficiency is required; Experience building complex Excel models and utilizing advanced formulas, pivot tables, queries; experience with SAP is strongly preferred
Tableau or other data visualization software skills is preferred
Experience with other finance/business software a plus – Business Objects, Essbase, Anaplan, Power BI, S4/Hana, etc.
