DescriptionAs a Finance Manager for Global Revenue and Margin Management, you will partner with Product Management teams to develop, review and track the long term gross margin plans to facilitate sustainable, profitable growth. You will identify, or work with management to identify, opportunities for profitability enhancement as well as partner cross-functionally on margin enhancing projects. You will provide Category management recommendations and input on key financial and performance metrics that optimize short and long-term goals and support the Category's strategic initiatives. In the role, you will also partner with Global and Geography-based finance teams to ensure alignment in gross margin planning.


Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field
2 years' additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
MBA, CPA or CMA is preferred
Advanced level degree or accounting certification may be considered in lieu of 1 year experience
6+ years' experience in financial reporting, financial planning, strategic planning and annual budgeting
Experience in a Fortune 500 consumer products or other multi-national firm is preferred
Attention to detail in the development of management quality reporting and metrics for executive-level personnel
Ability to work collaboratively within a large organization
Demonstrated excellent financial analysis skills; technical corporate finance, accounting, and valuation skills
Exceptional written and oral presentation skills; ability to communicate and present to senior management (PowerPoint proficient)
Excellent proficiency with financial analysis tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
Experience with SAP (COPA, BW, ECCS) is preferred
Problem structuring and strategic problem-solving skills
