DescriptionNike retail creates moments of magic that make every athlete* feel loved. The Retail Concepts team drives the strategic work to create, iterate, and evolve Nike's retail fleet, keeping us on the cutting edge of retail. In short: we are building the future of retail.As a Nike Retail Concept Intern, you will be assigned to and directly support a Retail Concept team member, helping build strategic and creative fact-based solutions to retail challenges and helping roll-out and manage retail concept projects ensuring we monitor tasks, stay on schedule, share progress reports, and ultimately stay on target to reach our goals. Interns will have the opportunity to own and drive work, and gain first-hand knowledge of how Retail Concepts come to life at Nike.
QualificationsPursuing a Master’s degree with an expected graduation of Winter 2019 or Spring 2020
Strong written/verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities
Ability to drive work through ambiguity and under the pressure of deadlines
Ability to think on their feet & anticipate challenges, and articulate potential solutions
Strategic thinker, driven by curiosity to understand and evolve structures and systems
Evidence of entrepreneurial spirit, leadership positions
Collaborative approach to teamwork
Passion for the Nike brand and general retail acumen
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Nike store experience
Smartsheet and Keynote skills
