In this role, you will be joining the Nike Direct Product Data Management team as an Associate Product Manager. In this role you will partner with the Product Data Management product teams in prioritizing and delivering the product backlogs and provide application support to our global and geographical operations teams. Working collaboratively across many core Nike functions including digital, brick and mortar retail, finance, product, membership, personalization, Nike by You and analytics will be essential to help Nike continue to deliver world class digital and retail experiences. Scope and Responsibilities: • Provide primary application support to our global and geographical business operations stakeholders • Perform analysis of potential product enhancements and issues, as well as providing input into prioritization of the sprint backlog • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to define and deliver product features aligning with the product roadmap. • Create and maintain Epic and Feature documentation • Create and maintain user stories and tasks Qualifications• 1-2+ years of professional experience within Business, IT or a related field • 1-2+ years hands-on Agile software delivery, large-scale agile settings a plus • Experience with Oracle/SQL preferred • Results-oriented with deep analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to think and act creatively • Must be self-directed, organized, and flexible, able to switch rapidly between different priorities in a fast-paced environment • Bachelors' degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field • 4+ years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree To ensure that we continue to hire competent, ethical and trustworthy individuals, all candidates must successfully complete a thorough background investigation prior to receiving any offer of employment from Nike.
