If the road to where we are going does not exist, we will create it.About the role:In this role you will represent the Nike Direct strategies to ensure the company platform supports the Nike Direct vision. Nike’s Digital Platform Engineering team seeks a Product Manager with a demonstrated experience of delivering premier products within complex retail and wholesale environments. You will bring experience working with company systems within large-scale organizations. Scope and Responsibilities:As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for encouraging the product vision, plan, and prioritization of features for the Nike Direct platform solutions for the Strategic Enterprise Capability [SEC] program in support of the Nike business globally. You will work across Nike Direct teams and the SEC program to enable Order Management, Inventory, Finance, and Supply Chain capabilities for the Company Platform. You will provide cross-capability direction and will work with product managers, program managers, architects, and engineering teams to design and deliver company capabilities. Demonstrated results as a product leader with excellent presentation, impact, and communication skills is critical as you will be responsible for presenting product strategies to cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders on a frequent basis. QualificationsWhat we’re looking for:• Bachelors' degree in Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain or a related field, with 7 years' professional experience within enterprise systems and software applications or related experience. • Demonstrated experience with SAP and Sterling systems is preferred.• 7+ years software product management experience• Experience with delivery methodologies in a productive complex environment – SAFe, Agile, SCRUM.• Knowledge and experience with systems and processes that support wholesale and direct-to-consumer capabilities.
