The Go to Market Solutions team partners with Global Sales to deliver a powerful digital B2B experience.As the Delivery Director for the eCommerce Buy team, your product team is responsible for the order creation and checkout process on the Nike.net platform.Primary responsibilities will include:•Lead a product team of 10+ members, including staffing, coaching, mentoring, and career development. •Partner with business leadership to establish priorities, deliver eCommerce solutions, and drive trade- off discussions •Provide technical leadership in the evaluation, design, and implementation of new eCommerce capabilities to support business strategy and priorities. •Managing budget in support of eCommerce applications. This includes the preparation of an annual financial plan and monitoring the monthly and quarterly actuals against that plan.•Partner with cross-functional Technology and Business teams to implement solutions that support strategic Enterprise initiatives.•Partner with eCommerce and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure the team is aligned to technical standards and direction.QualificationsTo make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who had these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field•8+ years of experience in IT, business or a related field, with 2 years of additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree•8+ years of professional experience assembling, leading or managing high-performing technical teams in an agile development environment •6+ years professional experience leading efforts to development cross capability technology, particularly web based development.•Capability to develop professionals with high expectations, a collaborative style and a focus on continuous improvement, quality and planning•Strong skills in team leadership and building positive customer relationships•Proven track record of success in fast-moving organizations with complex technology applications•Proven ability to turn strategy into reality through superior execution•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate & collaborate with varying levels of leadership•Proven track record managing and landing multi-million dollar budgets Still Interested?
