DescriptionAs our Senior Finance Analyst for North America Supply Chain, key responsibilities will include:
Facilitate completion of monthly close and forecast process through communication with supply chain partners, review of financial results, and communication with finance leadership
Working with the North American transportation team to translate strategic plans into a financial impact, reporting metrics in a reliable and easy to understand format, and working with operational business partners to prioritize freight investments 
Performing analysis that aids in the supply chain decision making process, identifies trends, risks & opportunities in the portfolio, and create action plans to mitigate risk and leverage opportunities
Actively interpreting and reviewing financial results with supply chain partners and Finance to drive actionable responses and alignment
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a closely related field
4 years' experience in accounting or financial analysis, or an advanced degree and 3 years' experience
Supply Chain experience a plus
MBA in Finance, Economics or a related field is a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills is essential
Demonstrated ability to complete quantitative and qualitative analysis
Experience working for a Fortune 500/multinational consumer products company is a plus
Proven experience in effectively working with Leadership
Strong cross team collaboration
Strong ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
Strong attention to detail
Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Knowledge of SAP including R3 and BW preferred
Ability to pass a background check
