DescriptionAs the HR Manager for Global Brand Marketing, Global Communications and Global Sports Marketing, you will partner with business leaders and our HR team to deliver our Team and Talent strategy in support of our business goals. Key Accountabilities You will be accountable for working with employees at all levels as you deliver key HR programs, practices and policies to the business, managers, and employees including: Contributing to development of HR strategies and programs that address business needs
Provide coaching to managers and employees regarding issues such as job design/success profiles, organizational design, managing change, employee engagement and team effectiveness
Partnering with the HR team, Talent Acquisition and managers in the development and implementation of recruitment strategy to delivers capable, diverse talent to the organization at the right time
Coaching leaders, managers, and employees through the performance management process
Help managers address performance issues through appropriate corrective action, and steps to maintain a positive working environment. Serve as an employee resource through listening, providing guidance and directing inquiries to the appropriate specialists
Working in conjunction with the HR team and COEs to develop talent via career development paths, succession, and development planning
Help identify and address both macro development needs, and guide high-potential employees on their individual development plans
Providing education to managers and employees regarding total rewards philosophy and practices
Support the implementation of total rewards programs
Assisting in updating/maintaining accurate employee data, produce reports, and analyze data in collaboration with HR Direct and Operations partners
Serve as project manager for select HR and business programs and initiatives
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
5 years’ experience in HR
2 years’ experience in lieu of a degree
Experience with Talent Planning, Training and Development, and Organizational Development
Ability to be flexible and adapt with change
Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable in a variety of settings and speaking to all levels of employees
Excellent project management skills
High level of discretion to confidential material you will be handling
