As the Nike Digital Portfolio Director, your mission will be to facilitate and strengthen the organization to plan, organize and prioritize consumer experiences and initiatives across the Digital portfolio. You will work with a diverse team of technical, business and operations partners, as well as Program Management team to achieve impactful and sustainable results. You will ensure that projects are appropriately prioritized, communicated, resourced/financed and agreed upon with key stakeholders. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that these projects are able to deliver the intended value to our consumers and business stakeholders through excellent communication, follow up, transparency of priorities, and agility to adapt to an ever changing landscape.

Organizationally, this position is part of the Digital Agile Program Management Leadership Team in the Nike Digital organization and reports directly to the head of Agile Program Management.  The Nike Digital mission is to bring our technology and process expertise to create world-class digital experiences that delight our customers and keep Nike in front as a digital thought leader. The role will require a self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working across diverse teams and influencing different personalities and perspectives. These skills will be required to not only work across Nike Digital’s teams but also across Nike’s global organization.
Key Responsibilities Utilize, define, and refine processes and resources to support the intake, prioritization, capacity allocation, status reporting and communication of the digital portfolio
Recommend and champion key changes, evolution, and toolsets to more effectively and efficiently manage a growing and complex portfolio of programs and deliverables
Align portfolio with business strategies and budgets by coordinating and managing the business cases of the portfolio
Establish and maintain cross functional and global coordination for the key initiatives and priorities
Work with the Nike Digital enterprise key team members to intake and prioritize ongoing roadmap requests including partnering with counterparts from the Agile Program Management Team, Product , Design, and Engineering in estimating level of effort, impacts of the change and communication to enterprise stakeholders
Partner with the product organization to modify impacted roadmaps
Maintain the Digital portfolio budget and roadmaps
Key driver and partner with finance and HR for the annual financial planning process for the portfolio
Chairs weekly Nike Digital portfolio meeting and ensures critical portfolio items, dependencies, and capacity questions are visible, reviewed, and decisions are made to keep work moving through the weekly enterprise portfolio meeting 
QualificationsOrganize and develop key portfolio responsibilities and work with Nike Digital Leadership teams to cultivate an integrated Nike Digital roadmap
Collaborate with key partners in a matrixed environment to deliver premier business solutions
Collaborate with Program, Finance and HR to oversee a large financial budget and capacity model in the annual budgeting cycle and throughout the year
Clear and routine communication with senior executives on status, risks, process improvements, decisions, priority, and overall product strategy
Assist in the development and communication of strategic plans, scorecards and business solutions through high-impact, executive level presentations
Communication: Develop communication plan and materials for specific initiatives to generate momentum and raise awareness; Compose and distribute timely communication. 
Ability to deal with ambiguity and working in a dynamic, results-oriented environment
Demonstrated ability to support and coordinate the activities of cross-functional teams
Demonstrated ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative research and analysis to facilitate recommendations
Logical problem structuring and strategic problem solving skills
Excellent writing, communication, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with senior administration, business and technical audiences
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, with advanced Mac Keynote/ PowerPoint and Excel skills
Technical proficiencies with program/project management and/or engagement with mobile and web experiences highly preferred
Education Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 6 to 8 years relevant work experience
4+ years total experience in Management, Project or Program Management, Corporate Strategic Planning, Data Science, Communications or Transition Management or a related field
Other Ability to pass a background check
