It is our mission to create a unique digital identity for all Nike products from production through consumer engagement, enabling seamless visibility, traceability, authentication and member experiences. We explore the edges of possible while delivering at scale, working across all functions of Nike, serving every athlete. DescriptionAs Director of Strategy, Connected Product you will be a critical member of the core team partnering on the development of the vision of the work, playing the key role to collaborate across the organization, driving key initiatives of the program, and managing the operations of the team. The role requires equal parts creator, story teller, innovator, collaborator, and operator. You will be asked to become a master of managing the matrix of Nike, while keeping your pulse on the world outside of the Swoosh.ResponsibilitiesDevelop near and long-term strategies for key initiatives of the team, inclusive of quantitative and qualitative work
Act as liaison and partner to the other strategic functions and strategists across Nike
Manage and drive the operations of the team, inclusive of the annual strategic planning process
Lead key workstreams in support of the broader mandate
Partner across other major strategic initiatives across Nike, creating strategic and operational bridges
Communicate the team’s strategy and plans, through both oral and executive-level keynote presentations
QualificationsBachelor's degree plus a minimum of 8 years of professional experience. Two additional years' experience in lieu of an advanced degree. 
MBA or advanced degree is preferred
Experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, investment banking, finance or related fields
Critical problem solver, with ability to break down and simplify ambiguous problems into executable milestones & actions
Proven ability to effectively scope and execute projects end to end and to lead senior cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and relationship management skills with the ability to present and communicate to senior, high profile leaders
Proven ability to craft and articulate compelling presentations with engaging storytelling for communicating strategies and recommendations
Amazing team orientation with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work the matrix to reach project milestones, whilst also a pro-active self-starter who can work independently
History of leading cross-functional teams, provide project management expertise, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
Prior experience in enabled product, hardware and software integration, and innovation desired
Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments
