DescriptionGlobal Brand Imaging (GBI) provides compelling product imagery and copy that elevates the Nike brand vision. To accomplish this, we leverage the impact of modern technologies, skill-sets and onsite services. The speed and complexity of our business requires a new level of fact-based decision making. If you are passionate about communication, process improvement, have a strong business acumen, and want to join an expanding organization at Nike, we encourage you to apply.You will support image readiness for Wholesale and Direct to Consumer businesses in Client Services, supporting the intake of all communication across the categories, including the input of data into our studio tools, and the communication of information out to Nike client groups.You must be a self-starter, flexible thinker, proactive, and a strong communicator, who is comfortable with ambiguity. You should love problem solving, working across the Nike Matrix, and confident working with data to interpret information for the clients. In addition, a proven ability to connect the dots between different workstreams will be critical to evolving operations for Client Services in work we manage with our studio teams. Your ability to develop personal relationships, build trust, and embrace the balance of art and science will set you apart.RESPONSIBILITIESResolve questions and issues in a timely manner for stakeholders and partners
Update GBI studio workflow system with client requests and seasonal production requirements
Address ad-hoc requests for the business where appropriate
Ability to read data from multiple data sources for planning tools and reporting needs
Develop strong working relationships with management and cross functional teams
Collaborate to track and resolve reporting issues using a variety of tools 
Work with and within several photo production workflows
Successfully manage multiple priorities against business goals
Drive process improvements, develop metrics, and best practices to measure success
Train contractors as needed on systems and processes to assist with seasonal production
Create, upload and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) on all relevant processes
Global Brand Imaging to resolve client questions and issues in a timely manner
Help build trust in the numbers by becoming an expert in data that supports Nike value streams for Wholesale and Direct to Consumer
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications2+ years’ experience in retail operations, e-commerce studio operations, or a closely related industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; or 4+ years total experience in lieu of a degree
Self-motivated, results oriented, and well organized
Strong Nike product knowledge a plus
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Ability to exercise a high degree of professionalism
The ability to plan, organize, negotiate, and establish priorities
Able to successfully manage multiple priorities and projects against business goals
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including setting up meetings and presentations
Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, be a team player, and have a helpful attitude
