DescriptionIf you’re ready to flawlessly implement business goals (Fast and Flexible) while optimizing the fulfillment network (Reliable and Efficient), join Nike’s Good Flow Planning Team (North America). We strategically develop the product delivery process to Customers and Consumers by leading the Logistics Planning & Execution arm and drive cross-functional alignment across supply chain to ensure we hit our financial goals. As a representative of the Goods Flow Planning Team you will analyze distribution network capacity through the lens of customer and consumer demand in the marketplace. You will identify opportunities and lead continuous improvement projects that optimize the flow of goods in the Nike Supply Chain with the aim to improve cross-functional alignment, transparency, service, cost, or lead time. As our Business needs change and the North America Marketplace evolves you will be responsible to research and on-board new technology that will strengthen innovation and growth across the Logistics Network. You'll have the opportunity to work alongside truly talented people including Geography teams, business and supply chain stakeholders, digital technology, and retail – bringing them together to create a collaborative, innovative, and high performing organization. Even though you will not have direct reports, please note that this is a leadership role that requires you to work cross-functionally with a large number of stakeholders across all levels of the organizations (Analysts to VPs). The area of responsibility for this role is broad and requires thorough knowledge of various company processes. The ideal candidate must have a record of accomplishment in managing a range of operational activities, be comfortable analyzing data, and adapt to an ever-changing consumer landscape while improving the level of service to the marketplace and in turn elevate the Nike Brand.

High degree of personal accountability and confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the information being managed
Demonstrated ability to digest complex information and communicate in a compelling manner to executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Excellent self-motivation, ability to motivate teams and lead cross-functional stakeholders
Assist in the strategic and business planning process from a financial perspective for organization: target setting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and financial planning
Create and Communicate capacity plan strategy for resource development throughout the year to meet customer commitments and meet financial effectiveness of demand plans.
Create a unified Goods Flow story as told through multiple lenses of a diverse stakeholder matrix including Business, Supply Chain, and Geography Leadership Teams
Organize, manage, and facilitate key strategic meetings, working with Geography, Business, and Supply Chain Leadership teams
Exceptional executive communication skills with a globally diverse audience, working up and down organizational levels with a excellent story-telling capability
Navigate and influence the Nike matrix at Global, Geography, Finance, Nike Digital Engineering and Corporate Strategy levels while dealing with ambiguity and work in a dynamic results-oriented environment
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or Packaging Engineering required
5+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or related field
