You will be part of an organization that is revolutionizing Nike technology platforms and architecting a data and analytics landscape that is simplified, modern, flexible and will ultimately enable Nike on its journey to 2020 and beyond.RESPONSIBILITIES We are seeking a high performing Product Technical Lead to play a critical role in the development of Nike’s Enterprise Data & Analytics supply chain capabilities for the future.As a Product Technical Lead, in the Global Operations and Logistics (GOaL) data and analytics team, you will lead the creation, improvement and growth of an analytics product (solutions) serving supply chain operations. You will help define and execute the product vision and strategy and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the analytics product for different key GOaL Strategic Enterprise Caapbilities (SEC) initaitives. You will collaborate with the SEC Product Owners and worktracks to shape the product backlog and define and execute a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a strong understanding of business needs, as well as a strong handle of the advancements and latest developments in the analytics space. Working within the data and analytics team, you will be a leader who effectively organizes resources in your product team to achieve business objectives and impact change. Leading through influence, you will partner with supply chain leaders in the business to develop a cohesive product strategy, product roadmap, and ensure successful business outcomes. As a technology leader, you will help assess, evaluate and innovate new capabilitiles, solutions and tools in the data and analytics space to meet critical business needs. You will be the technology partner for the supply chain business and help develop and measure supply chain analytics capabilities, derive key insights and drive analytics advancements in Nike’s supply chain. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Leadership: Set the strategic direction for data and analytics to support Nike’s supply chain operations in partnership with Nike business stakeholders. Enable the technology team comprising data analysts, engineers and visualization experts to be successful by removing obstacles and paving the path for a successful product lifecycle. Effectively navigate tactical and operational details with the technology team.
Product strategy and vision: Create and effectively champion a product/solution vision and strategy in concert with the greater Nike data and analytics strategy. Identify the strategic product implications and opportunities resulting from major corporate strategies and change initiatives.
Product lifecycle management: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the product (analytics solutions) from conception through launch and post production support. Strategize and execute on growth initiatives in operating live products.
Product roadmap definition: Develop a product feature and release roadmap for analytics solutions based on business goals, business and technical dependencies, and a clear understanding of customer needs.
Prioritization: Effectively design project plans based on priorities, setting clear/measurable objectives and deploying team resources appropriately to achieve business goals.
Collaborate: Partner with other Technology groups and program and product technical leaders through multiple forums (e.g. tech talks, design reviews, internal blogs) to share knowledge, learnings and keep abreast of the newest technology advancements and products.
Design and implement data products and features in collaboration with product owners, data analysts, and business partners using Agile / Scrum methodology.
Work with architecture, engineering leads and other teams to implement quality solutions utilizing engineering best practices.
Research, evaluate and utilize new technologies/tools/frameworks.

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in the data and analytics space required.
Functional knowledge of the supply chain fulfillment , logistics and SAP capabilities area highly desired
Strong project management skills and ability to present work to executive stakeholders.
Clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels to action.
Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Able to lead and motivate high performing, cross-functional teams.
Able to create product deliverables such as wireframes, prototypes and requirements specifications.
Able to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on best practices.
Clear, concise and persuasive communication style that compels to action.
Outstanding written/oral, organizational, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Experience designing, estimating and executing for complex analytics and business intelligents solutions and products.
Experience with SQL, database architecture, BI tools required.
Experience with RDBMS systems, SQL and SQL Analytical functions.
Experience with AWS platform, solutions for Big Data a strong plus.
Able to quickly pick up new technologies, architectures and frameworks.
Experience participating in key business, architectural and technical decisions.
Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
CS background or prior engineering experience a strong plus.
BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred.
