As part of North America Marketplace Operations (MPO), you will be responsible for flawless execution of Returns for both wholesale and Nike Direct.
As our Post Season Returns Manager, you will:
Lead the Returns team to efficiently and effectively execute against Nike’s returns policies and processes
Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Account teams, Inventory Management, DC, NFS, Finance) to streamline execution to maximize returns throughput and resale margin
Set strategic direction with the Post Season Director and create action plans related to the Returns team daily execution (in close alignment with Nike NA and commercial plans)
Lead returns projects to improve operational efficiencies
Manage, coach, lead and develop a central team of Returns Analysts and Specialists
Challenge the status quo, use data and key KPIs to drive analysis to optimize business results
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESManage returns processes and execution to maximize returns through-put and margin. 
Manage a successful team – lead, coach, drive & inspire
Drive data and process analysis, identifying business process opportunities and partnering with cross functional teams to implement
Drive small to large projects in collaboration with subject matter experts across NA MPO and broader Supply Chain partners
Effectively communicate with all levels of the organization; capable of working and influencing within Matrix management structure
Guide Returns team to standardize, simplify and ensure consistent reporting in alignment with MPO objectives
Influence the complete supply chain process from planning, inbound delivery, distribution, transportation services, systems, and store operations
Demonstrate strong conceptual understanding of Supply Chain business models and characteristics, as well as industry best practices and trends
Work with and maintain close relationships with Customers, MPO Account teams, Customer Finance, Sales, and NA DCs
FOR THIS ROLE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS ARE REQUIRED:

General SAP system knowledge, adept with systems and technology
Literacy in Lean Thinking a plus 

QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field; 2 additional years of experience in lieu of degree
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in supply chain and/or finance
Minimum of 3 years people/team leadership experience
Ability to professionally communicate (verbal/written) to a wide range of audiences across multiple levels of the organization
Lead, drive and influence problem solving activities and demonstrate end-to-end process thinking
Demonstrate strong leadership skills by actively seeking information, listening to key constituents, understanding what needs to be achieved and influencing change, when needed
The ability to multitask with an awareness of tight deadlines
