DescriptionThe Director of Fraud Risk Management is an integral member of Nike’s Corporate Audit and Risk Management (CA+RM) leadership team, responsible for providing global risk assurance and advisory services across Nike. This position will lead a team of fraud risk management senior professionals and will be focused on leading the implementation of the fraud risk management strategy which includes:
-Engagement and collaboration across diverse business functions;
-Development of methodologies to understand the unique NIKE fraud risk landscape;
-Optimize controls to address potential fraudulent activities; and
-Promote an ethical culture.
Success in this role requires the ability to:

Promote and maintain the highest standards of ethics and integrity
Develop and maintain effective relationships with both CA+RM professionals at all levels and with cross-functional risk leadership to perform ongoing risk assessment and provide recommendations regarding potential fraud risks
Effectively communicate, both verbally and through written communication, results of fraud assurance and advisory engagements with Senior Nike Leadership (The ‘Inside the Lines’ Committee) and the Audit and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors
Coach and develop staff, by sharing knowledge and creating opportunities to achieve individual and team performance goals 
Provide planning and accountability for effective project leadership and timely delivery of objectives
Investigate and problem solve with data analysis, exceptional analytical aptitude and attention to detail
Navigate comfortably with business systems, data mining techniques, and the utilization of software applications
Embrace and lead innovation and change

QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferably with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management or equivalent. MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in increasing areas of responsibility focused heavily on Fraud Risk Management and Auditing assurance activities; preferably within a large, complex, multinational corporation
CFE Required
CIA, CRMA, CISA, CFSA or additional Audit related professional certifications preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory capacity managing both people and projects
Must have strong understanding of ICFR and accounting practices to engage with Controlling team and conduct forensic accounting investigation’s support
An understanding of Sarbanes-Oxley compliance work
A detailed understanding of the COSO/ACFE Fraud Risk Management framework for internal controls and fraud deterrence
Strong international business acumen and multicultural experience
Experience in the audit function with a public accounting firm or corporate internal audit team is strongly preferred.
Proficiency with SAP ERP system is preferred.
Ability to travel 10 - 15% (domestic and international)

A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferably with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management or equivalent. MBA preferred.
