DescriptionAs a Transformational Initiatives Finance Manager, reporting to the Transformational Initiatives Finance Director, you will serve as dedicated Finance support for a program team delivering one of these growth capabilities.  To this end, you will:
Develop, evolve and ensure accuracy of detailed financial models to support the Transformational Initiatives business case, inclusive of value realization and the necessary investments
Work closely with program leaders and the Transformational Initiatives Finance Director to align on quantifiable KPIs and execute processes to monitor and report progress within actual financial results
Provide financial insights into trends, risks and opportunities to help the Transformational Initiatives program team deliver against their operating strategies
Manage the budgeting, forecasting and reporting for the Transformational Initiatives operating budget
Given the end-to-end nature of the Transformational Initiatives programs, you will engage and partner closely with cross-functional Operations and Finance teams throughout Nike.  To be effective, you will need to bring an acumen and excitement for creating new processes, methodologies and insights. The ability to simplify the complex and to manage ambiguity is a prerequisite for success in the role.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Business-related field with an emphasis in Finance or Accounting; MBA or advanced degree is preferred
3-5 years’ experience in financial planning, investment analysis, and/or budget management
Advanced level proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint
Experience with SAP is preferred
Proven information-seeking and analytical skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Team orientation with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work the matrix to complete deliverables
Proactive self-starter who can work independently and is comfortable working in ambiguous environment
