As the Procurement Operations Manager for Indirect Purchase to Pay (P2P), your mission is to contribute to transformation of the user experience, risk optimization and value creation associated with BILLIONS of Indirect Purchasing across Nike Inc. You will be asked to accomplish this through cross functional coordination, simplification, standardization and automation. This role will partner with the Global Indirect Purchasing Director to lead the design and the implementation of the future as well as develop existing Purchase to Pay Channels for indirect purchase order spend across Nike Inc. Your role will partner closely with various Global Functional Teams (Sourcing, Legal, Finance, Technology, Geographies, and Business Units). You will leverage your leadership, subject matter expertise and influencing skills to improve optimize risk, improve existing P2P platforms, and develop the future of P2P. You will be a key leader aiming to exceed company expectations across our key deliverables in risk optimization, process efficiency and user satisfaction across a platform that supports over 30K users processing over 800K transactions a year. As part of the Global Procurement Operations Management Team, you will work closely with your peers to integrate Sourcing, Purchasing, Invoicing, and Vendor Management capabilities. You will also work closely with the Operations Manager of Global Travel and Expense to drive alignment and leverage across Indirect capabilities. This role will lead a Global/World HQ/North America Team of direct reports and partner closely with operations and project teams across P2P capabilities in each Geography. The role reports to the Director of Global Indirect Purchasing and is a member of the Global Procurement LeadershipTeam. The role will also be a key player in supporting various cross-functional projects and strategic priorities. This opportunity will require application of your business, leadership and subject matter expertise to collaboratively achieve cross functional goals across the Enterprise Source to Pay capabilities. Responsibilities:
In partnership with the Global Indirect Purchasing Director, design, deliver and operate new global P2P capabilities across the Nike Inc. (People, Process and Technology).
In key purchasing capabilities, drive operational alignment across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Tech, Geographies, Business Units and 3rd Party Service Providers to:
Operationalize the Global S2P channel strategy for all purchase order spend across Nike Inc. enabling automation, simplification and speed
Contribute to 3 Year S2P Channel Implementation Strategy across Nike Inc.
Implement large scale global deployment projects as well we continuous improvements in P2P channels to support Global program
Continue to develop and optimize existing P2P Channels
Partner with the Geography Procurement Managers to streamline and optimize key foundational P2P capabilities outside WHQ
Provide Global Subject Matter Expertise on purchasing in developing P2P program, implementation plans and guiding day to day operations
Lead, Support, and Inspire across the Nike matrix:
Direct reports at Global/WHQ/NA
Other functional teams executing Purchasing across the Globe
Strengthen collaboration across internal and external partners across all Geographies and drive adoption of standardized Purchasing processes
Network outside Nike to bring innovations and best practices and establish yourself as the Nike SME for innovations, insights and best practices from outside the berm

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business related field or the equivalent education and/or work experience
2+ years' experience in Global/Multi-national Procurement Operations (Sourcing, Purchasing and Vendor Management) and/or related management consulting
3+ years’ experience in process innovation, project management and system implementations (SAP, COUPA preferred)
Experience supporting (directly or indirectly) global operational teams in multiple locations
Demonstrated ability to guide team members and teams to high performance results
Proven ability to work cross-culturally, cross-functionally teams to deliver operational results aligned with a global strategy
High tolerance for ambiguity; ability to self-initiate actions aligned with strategy
Demonstrated energy to navigate complex organizational structures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to deliver high impact presentations to leadership
