The SAPAE team needs an excellent Product Manager with experience working in an agile environment who’s focus will be to migrate data using SAP’s Migration Cockpit solution, define and implement data lifecycle management processes, including the archiving and deletion of data from our systems, drive data quality initiatives and manage data retention for end-of-life solutions.  You will oversee a team providing end-to-end solutions which designs, develops and executes solutions for these capabilities.  Working in partnership with Architects, Business Stakeholders, Customers, and Product Owners you will create the Product/solution vision and be responsible for the strategy, roadmap, feature definition, implementation and operation of NIKE’s data management solutions while mentoring and developing direct reports.
Responsibilities
Define and communicate Product vision and roadmap; ensure alignment to company strategies
Define Epics and features; manage and prioritize the product backlog on an ongoing basis
Understand current and future customer needs, define features, determine success criteria, validate solutions, and evaluate customer satisfaction
Provide oversight of system configuration & development
Work directly with the vendor (SAP) on co-innovation of data management capabilities, including Migration Cockpit.
Assess the business impact of different solutions and the trade-offs between customer needs, technology requirements and costs
Analyze and communicate customer adoption, performance, time to market, quality and other metrics to stakeholders
Ensure Program priorities have necessary funding and review cost of accepted features
Understand how features are performing, the level of customer satisfaction, and drive improvements
Develop and manage the team of employees and contractors to deliver the data management capabilities.  Manage performance, goals and development potential.

QualificationsMinimum 6 years relevant work experience with Bachelor's degree
Experience in supporting development and / or configuration of SAP based systems.
Experience with SAP data conversions and / or data archiving preferred.
Experience and knowledge of SAP master & transactional data
Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools, VersionOne preferred
Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XP Programming etc. 
Previous management experience preferred
Previous experience as a team lead
