DescriptionAs the HR Coordinator for Global Sales you will support the Marketplace Development, Digital Go To Market, and Category Marketplace teams in the communication and execution of HR programs, policies, processes and initiatives. You will administer and support core HR programs and initiatives including the Employee Engagement Survey, Performance Rewards, Talent Planning and Talent Development, Culture and Career programs.You will work closely with HRBPs, HR Delivery Operations, Finance and business leaders to track, analyze, coordinate and communicate key indicators, metrics and activities related to headcount, position management and org structure. In addition, you will provide tactical support for the Workforce Planning processes including reporting, forecasting, monitoring, and maintaining quality data using HR related systems and tools. You may take on special projects for Global Sales related manager capability and support. You will provide consultation and support to HR and the business in support of employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, terminations, movement, job changes, rewards, stretch assignments, re-patriations, green-card processes, etc.  You will closely with the HRBPs, HR Managers, HR Delivery Operations, HR Centers of Excellence (COE), and HR Direct partners to ensure HR processes and services are delivered with excellence. You will partner with HRMs and HRBPs in driving business specific engagement strategies, may assist in leadership coaching as well as low level Employee Relations issues. Finally, you’ll continually seek process improvements, share best practices across the team and support key initiatives, in close partnership with the Global HR Business Partner and Global Sales HR team.Key Accountabilities:Administer and support HR programs
Provide project and process coordination across a wide variety of HR programs and activities
Partner with HR and the business to understand the organization and structure; use that information inform and maintain key materials, tools, reports, and systems
Update materials and systems to capture position and org changes
Support and play an active role in key talent planning and career programs and activities
Develop, maintain and continuously improve data/processes for HR Community ensuring sustainability, scalability, and efficiency
Generate ad hoc reports and dashboard analytics; understand and reconcile gaps, overlaps, and apparent contradictions among and within data, reports and reporting tools
Create executive ready materials
Partner with Business Leaders, HR Business Partners and HR teammates to proactively identify areas of opportunities and generate ideas and solutions to drive leverage and improvements
QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business or related field
Two years of relevant work experience. An additional two years of experience in lieu of a degree

Intermediate to Advanced working knowledge of personal computers (PC & Mac), including MS Outlook, PowerPoint, KeyNote, Word, Excel
Experience creating detailed formulaic reports using Excel
