DescriptionAs a Global Supply Chain Finance Manager, you will be a key business partner for the Global Logistics cross-functional leadership team. You'll collaborate across a variety of functional and geography teams to deliver business insights, help drive key strategic imperatives such as the CDO and Triple Double as well as evolve financial reporting capabilities as we activate Nike’s network of the future. Essential Job Functions: 

Proactively identify and lead the analysis that aids in the decision making process and helps drive strategic operational investment prioritization 
Develop & lead a logistics cost planning process which includes in year performance direction and long range planning
Lead the development of a long range integrated logistics cost planning model
Lead efforts to identify, strengthen and track efficiency/productivity opportunities across the supply chain
Consolidate and report monthly logistics cost performance against budgets and forecasts at the Global and Geography levels
Actively interpret and review financial results with leadership, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses 
Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed 
Work with reporting teams to enhance current logistic cost reporting
Create value through benefit tracking and realization of Global Logistics Programs
Evaluate current and proposed Logistics programs to ensure they align with the team’s strategic priorities
QualificationsBachelor's degree in a Business related field with emphasis in finance, accounting or economics
6+ years of experience managing over $100M operating budget, financial analysis, cost accounting, and/or P&L management
Logistics or other Supply Chain experience preferred
An MBA (with a concentration in Finance and Strategy) is a plus
Strong analytical and strategic thinking
Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience
Experience with SAP or similar enterprise system and Business Intelligence reporting tools
Experience with program-based budgets, projects and project financials preferred
Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate across management levels and across functional teams
Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and demonstrated ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
Standout, positive attitude and enthusiasm to drive operational results 
Knowledge of Nike’s financial reporting tools is a plus
