They manage accounting and reporting for Nike’s multi-billion-dollar global investment portfolio, debt and equity instruments, and other Treasury activities. DescriptionWill influence and contribute to long term strategy and immediate call to action to support and ensure the success of a business planning function in Beaverton OR. Will partner with key finance and business stakeholders in global and geographers to deliver proactive, influential, insightful analytics that shape organization acumen specific to global digital business. Will leverage business process that enables execution of elevated financial planning frameworks and analytics. Will create the future for financial planning through leveraging knowledge, processes and cross functional experience. Will build solid comprehensive financial information platforms that fuels planning and executing it to retail business. Will elevate and expand revenue and margin dimensions. Will build leading indicators by leveraging internal and external benchmarking. Will serve as the subject matter expert to global revenue margin and GBP for actuals, forecasts and annual plans. Will be responsible for significantly improving analytical depth. Will drive a pro-active, cross functional business planning calendar addressing finance and key business dates and gates. Will partner to develop a strong geographic business planning offense that is consistent, insightful and influential. Will leverage global analytics teams, including DSM, GCK and digital, for streamlined and purposeful reporting of performance. Will build and lead a strong and motivated team and develop future leaders. Will have one direct subordinate. Will travel internationally and domestically less than five percent. QualificationsEducation: Master’s degree in Business, Finance, or Computer Science. Experience: three years of information technology experience. Skills/Requirements: 3 years of experience: (1) project management, (2) SAP, (3) operation management, (4) gathering requirements, analyzing data and automating processes to make them more efficient, (5) developing critical key performance indicators to elevate financial planning and strategy, (6) build relationship and communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear roadmaps and financial decisions, (7) working within the software development lifecycle for e-commerce, analytics, and digital product services, and (8) working with clients in the athletic industry and that participate in major sporting events.
