Description: As our Digital Director – Foot Locker, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a complete digital ecosystem (in store, social, apps, ecommerce) strategy for NIKE alongside our critical commercial partner, Foot Locker. You’ll be focused on the House of Hoops retail brand, serving the basketball obsessed consumer. To do this, you’ll set the complete digital road map with the team and lead a visionary digital strategy. Inspire talent and consumers through innovation and executional excellence - to Inspire the people to love the product and brand through brilliant content and consumer engagement. The ideal candidate will have the ability to think strategically about digital marketing, obsess the needs of our consumer, bring others along, identify opportunities, spot trends and be excited about building the future of sport. We need a talented marketer inspired to move faster than the industry, work with the agency partners and deliver outstanding work that surprise consumers how and when the NIKE brand shows up. Responsibilities:
Build and execute holistic digital marketing plans and engaging content across an assigned category
You'll work with internal and external digital functions to create and adapt Brand Plans and develop specific strategies/programs that will enhance Nike's brand presence in the marketplace through current and emerging platforms. Plus you’ll help drive the NIKE strategy within the Foot Locker digital channels
Provide strategic leadership and develop digital briefs for an assigned category's seasonal brand initiatives and special projects
You need to be a relationship builder that can move a room and bring key constituents with you, simplifying the complex and getting people comfortable going in new directions and taking risk.
You'll manage the overall development and execution of seasonal/monthly/daily/hourly digital initiatives for footwear drops and sport moments. You’ll drive premium online retail experiences. You’ll work with many teams internally and with the Foot Locker marketing team. You’ll need to move at the pace of retail x digital
Develop, implement and test new “always on” strategies to connect with consumers and drive key KPIs that improve and impact Nike's brand
Manage communication and expectations to ensure that work is delivered on time, on budget, and is always on-strategy
Collaborate with a team of experts across brand, creative, social media, innovation and business disciplines responsible for creating and managing the reporting/measuring analytics to optimize content distribution and effectiveness
Produce and manage performance recaps and updates as well as consistent communication to partners and the broader organization sharing and informing of the latest work
Lead and work effectively within a matrix organization

QualificationsBachelor’s Degree preferred
Additional 2 years' experience in lieu of degree
10+ years' relevant work experience (brand, digital)
Awareness, passion and fluency in consumer digital platforms (social, crm, email)
Brand Thinker
Strategic planning and business acumen
Strong organizational skills
Experience of working cross-functionally in a matrix organization
Excellent oral and written communication skills including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior leadership
Adapts quickly to move at the pace of consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making judgment calls and shifts as needed
Retail landscape fluency and industry best practices
Expert at catalyzing a collaborative team environment across all levels of an organization
20% travel and weekend work may be required
