DescriptionAs a member of the Strategy and Information Management Solutions (SIMS) team within Enterprise Data & Analytics you will be a key member of a highly visible team focused on collaborating with business, operations, and technical teams to drive the maturity of information management capabilities for product data to enable Nike business functions to meet their strategic objectives.
This role reports directly to the SIMS Product Data Strategy Lead.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Demonstrated understanding of master data management processes and systems
Ability to translate customer needs into specific use cases and requirements and prioritize
Advocates business customers interests and requests across all relevant teams
Understanding of product data in a wholesale and retail environment and how customers view products from their lens (IE in retail, online, etc.)
Exposure to / understanding of machine learning and AI as it relates to data management
Ability to work in an agile work environment in multiple roles and proven knowledge of agile team structures and processes
Applies leading practices and knowledge of internal/external business challenges to improve processes and services
Work closely with Enterprise Data and Analytics leaders to summarize and document key messages and drive follow on actions
Consult with appropriate Functional owners and ED&A teams on Master Data requirements based on business ownership
Ability to lead, managed, and drive the people, process, and data requirements for small projects
Act as Product Owner during proof of concepts
Works closely with program management teams to update project status, risks, and issues for escalation and prioritization of work
Build knowledge of Nike core business processes to understand data challenges and express solutions in context of business value

QualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or related field
5+ years’ experience in a professional organization collaborating across multiple functions in analytical, problem-solving roles
BSA and/or Product Owner experience
Experience with Master Data Management
Familiarity with Agile project management methods
Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving priorities
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Proven experience building strong working relationships and working successfully in cross-functional teams
Passion for data with demonstrated ability to use data to tell a story and influence decision making
Detail oriented with strong information seeking skills
Great listening and summarization skills
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
