DescriptionAs Gift Cards Business Operations Manager, you will drive and refine a highly-efficient operating model encompassing our initiatives, processes, and relationships – all leading to impactful gifting and branded currency experiences for the Nike consumer.You will create, manage, and see through opportunities for long-term growth of the Gift Card business, ensuring sustainable and scalable benefits driven to Nike Direct.While moving with the foresight to implement initiatives that lead to program growth, you’ll manage through a lens of margin optimization, ensuring resources are allocated to maximize impact.Additionally, you will be responsible for helping drive the program’s digital operations and development, implementing changes that benefit the Nike Digital consumer and reduce friction in the payment process.In this role, you will:•Own and manage operational business relationships with both internal and external partners – including financial processing, payment management, technical integrations, and other business-critical developments.•Manage Gift Cards Digital Operations, driving forward key developments on nike.com/mobile/app as well as running the day-to-day operational workload including digital merchandising and marketing.•Influence internal partners in order to drive Digital Ops initiatives from conception to completion.•Maintain and track program budgeting, both real-time and future-looking.•Track and communicate critical metrics and reporting to internal Finance and Accounting partners.•Partner with program Marketing partners to assist with execution of marketing initiatives across our B&M fleet of Nike Retail owned stores.•Support overall program management by engaging cross functional partners in the field and at WHQ. •Lead with a keen eye towards margin optimization, ensuring that the initiatives undertaken are creating sustainable growth and scalable impact. •Operate with a partner-minded approach, working cross-functionally and in an enterprise-first mindset.•Drive positive results through management and delegation to your team, while fostering a team-first atmosphere.Qualifications•5-8 years of work experience in operations, marketing, or business management.•Ability to successfully manage and complete multiple projects with multiple stakeholders.•Forward-thinking and able to anticipate and seize on future challenges and opportunities.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence, present, and engage with a diverse audience.•Strong operator with a history of successful project management.•Ability to excel in a highly matrixed organization•Passion for NikeNIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
