DescriptionAs our Product Line Manager for Tennis Apparel, you will guide all aspects of the product creation process. You'll apply experienced professional understanding of the tennis consumer, deep knowledge of the competition and marketplace, and strategically analyze KPI’s for the future planning of your line. You will facilitate the implementation of key category product initiatives, prepare and present line plans to category leaders, and brief product line plans into Design/Development. You will provide cross functional guidance, motivating choice making and consensus across multiple parties.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Merchandising or a related field•Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant product-related roles•Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentations•Good attention to details and deadlines•Extensive knowledge of product creation. Experience managing apparel key items and franchises a plus•Experience researching athlete insights and translating into product solutions•Excellent business orientation, critical thinking aptitude, and retail math•Proficient information-seeking skills and a drive for results•Ability to influence drive consensus across multiple parties•Must be comfortable dealing with high profile athletes and managing sports marketing relationships•Demonstrated guidance capability, including ability to motivate and mentor others within work group•Ability to travel up to 25% of time, including internationally NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
