DescriptionAs the Manager of Innovation Finance Reporting you will play a key role in our investment ownership process to help us achieve our strategic and financial targets. Your responsibilities will include:
Develop, track, and report Financial impact of Innovation’s Project Portfolio, including Human Capital deployment across a portfolio of Divisions, functions, and discrete projects
Represent Advanced Innovation as you provide financial status and outlook on a regular basis with Global Business Planning
Develop and track metrics and other KPIs through extensive data metrics
Evolve Innovation FP&A capabilities to further elevate Advanced Innovation leadership's data-driven investment decisions
Maintaining meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across the business
Routinely exercising independent judgment in developing methods, techniques and criteria for achieving objectives
This is a unique opportunity for a Business Planning/Finance Professional to join one of the most dynamic global consumer brands in a role at the heart of Innovation.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a business-related field with emphasis in Finance or Accounting; MBA is a plus
5+ years experience in finance, strategic planning, investment analysis and/or accounting
Extensive experience analyzing and reporting financial data using Excel, financial modeling software, Tableau
Exceptional analytical skills
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy through repeatable self-audit habits
Ability to articulate financial concepts to both finance and non-finance business partners in a clear and concise manner
Resourceful problem-solving skills, ability to communicate effectively with others
Strong work ethic, and willingness to go the ‘extra mile’
Proficiency with Excel, Powerpoint, Tableau
