DescriptionAs the Director for AirMI Manufacturing Technology on the Global Sourcing and Manufacturing (GSM) Technology team, you'll lead the team tasked with delivering a strategic vision and delivery roadmap of multiple manufacturing technology products, ensuring that it aligns to and satisfies the key strategic growth priorities and enablers for AirMI, GSM Manufacturing and the larger Nike Inc. organization.
The Director will, in a consultative manner, partner closely with AirMI business leadership, GSM business leadership, Nike Tech leadership and supporting teams in creating this cohesive and integrated global plan. To make it clear, we're not looking for just anyone. We're looking for someone special, someone who has these experiences and clearly demonstrated these skills:
Ability to encourage, inspire and lead transformational technical and operational change through and across organizational structures.
Comfort in guiding and facilitating business leadership and SME-level discussions and workshops in defining strategic tech investments necessary to enable strategic business drivers.
Excellent presentation, conflict-resolution, influencing and communication skills, both written and oral, across all levels of technical and business audiences.
Experience and success working in a global highly matrixed and collaborative team-oriented environment.
History of being self-directed, results orientated with demonstrated ability to achieve bold goals despite ambiguity and multiple competing priorities

QualificationsBachelor's Degree with 15+ years of hands on professional experience in Information Systems, Manufacturing, Engineering or another relevant technology/business field.
Understanding of best-at and leading technical market offerings in the manufacturing space inclusive of Engineering, ERP, QMS, MES, iOT/RFID and Analytics platforms coupled with the ability to quickly learn new and proprietary technologies in the Nike ecosystem.
Deep understanding of best-at and supporting global Footwear/Hard goods/Aero/Automotive/High-Tech manufacturing processes and operations inclusive of Finance, Engineering, Materials Management, Planning, Scheduling, Quality Management, Sales, Logistics and Plant Maintenance.
Demonstrated expertise in envisioning, eliciting, socializing and creating buy-in for short and long term transformational global technical roadmaps in support of strategic business drivers.
Demonstrated ability to develop and guide financial models and budgets necessary to deliver the full lifecycle of large transformational program and platform investments.
Experience in successfully initiating, planning, staffing, delivering and maintaining the full lifecycle of large, complex and transformative digital programs, both custom, commercially available.
Demonstrated experience in designing, creating, coaching, leading and inspiring diverse and global teams and strategic vendors, directly and indirectly, inclusive of managers, supports and/or professional staff.
Comfort in managing enterprise-worthy TechOps strategies, designs and operations related to networking, cloud computing, desktop computing, security and level-1 and level-2 application support.
