Product Manager - Marketplace Fulfillment, Marketplace Platforms Job in Beaverton, VT

The Marketplace Platforms team owns the consumer experience from order capture through order delivery. This team ensures that consumers value Nike for the great service and focus on delivery excellence as well for great products that helps every consumer be the best athlete they can be. As part of the Fulfillment team the focus will be on getting the order accurately and timely to warehouses for shipment and tracking the progress to ensure delivery excellence in Nike Consumer Experience.The Product Manager of this team works with multiple product teams to orchestrate complex initiatives from idea to concept and prototyping through development and delivery. The successful candidate must be able to find the intersection of consumer needs, technical feasibility, and business objectives, and then lead a cross-functional team to deliver against the opportunity.The Product Manager will partner with stakeholders to gather product definition, prioritize work and ensure alignment. The successful candidate will create detailed product requirements and work closely with Global and Geo Supply chain teams, Warehouse operations, Customer Services, Financials, Design, Engineering, QA, Release Management and stakeholder teams to develop and deliver solutionsKey ResponsibilitiesRepresents the product organization in the implementation of elements of the product roadmap, working with resources across, (and potentially outside) the organization. Liaison between the business and technical team to cultivate the overall business and systems analysis on various projects, working with other agile team members while also contributing individually to achieve results Identify all impacts to business process and systems through impact analysis of new requirements and solution designs Develops and maintains a deep understanding of the different customers of the feature and applies this in developing proposals and executing changes Mines and analyzes data to determine how features are performing and how they can be improved Create key artifacts including use cases, user stories, wireframes, functional specifications, user acceptance criteria, and configuration specifications Implement full range of lifecycle ownership, from enhancements to new developmentQualificationsA Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Management or other relevant area, and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience High attention to detail including proven ability to document requirements and to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously Ability to implement methodically while also thinking strategically Thorough team-orientation Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
