On the Global Catalog Team, we bring the most unique Nike consumer experiences to life across digital channels. We connect the dots between Global and Geo to ensure quality delivery to the consumer and strengthen upstream process. We support digital experiences across all geos, inline and Nike By You products, .com, and the Nike Apps. As the Global Taxonomy Lead, you’ll facilitate and implement production processes for publishing styles and creative for digital commerce environments via in-house and 3rd party hosted workflow management systems, web studios, and databases. You’ll partner with global brand teams on seasonal campaign implementation, including: product set up and launch, outfit PDP creation/strategy, social media support, and production tasks, ensuring Nike.com experiences are premium and personal. You’ll work closely with teams to support merchandisers, as well as engage with the Marketing team to coordinate and implement internal and external search strategies. Additionally, you’ll coordinate with other production teams to resolve site issues. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues related to user experience and site functionality while partnering with technical teams to reach a resolution. You’ll also coordinate the relationship between the global production team, geo production teams, and the internal tech team as well as external agencies. Responsibilities: Be recognized as the Taxonomy subject matter authority for the digital teams 
Use your expertise to improve our experiences on the web and on our apps 
Identify top areas or issues impacting the user experience for consumers with different abilities and drive the appropriate solutions 
Lead partners - use metadata to support front-end consumer experiences 
Collaborate cross-functionally to procure data supporting future goals 
Define, communicate, and manage Taxonomy intake process, requests, updates, and troubleshooting 
Lead weekly and monthly Taxonomy Ops meetings 
Coordinate and update left hand navigation rules for all Goes 
Manage and prioritize JIRA Taxonomy ticket Backlog + Global ServiceNow: tracking/incident requests 
Utilize your knowledge of key tools to guide partners toward effective creation, updates, and deployment 
Effectively guide and communicate to tell the story through data
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or Technology or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree required
Ability to take ownership of Global Taxonomy and your role – become the SME and drive operational excellence across teams and geos
2 years' related experience working in a digital environment
2 years related experience working in web development
Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Word, Excel ,PowerPoint and Entourage/Outlook.  Mac experience also preferred (Keynote, OneNote, etc.)
Strong technical and production knowledge in the digital space 
Ability to manage multiple projects on various levels with different and converging timelines
Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
Strong verbal and written communication skills
