DescriptionAs Nike’s Talent Management Director supporting Global Operations and Corporate Functions (Finance, Strategy, Legal/GPA), you will work with business leaders & HR Business Partners (HRBP) to design, implement, and cultivate talent strategies with a focus on serving the unique needs of our most critical roles and talent within these global organizations. The TM Director will be responsible to coauthoring & encouraging Integrated Talent Strategies in partnership with HR Business Partners and peer HR Center of Excellence leads. The TM Director will provide consultation & talent expertise to Enterprise leaders in close partnership with a Sr. HRBP and the Sr. Director of TM for the Global Operations and Corporate Functions.

Core Accountabilities: Integrated Talent Strategy - Partner with the Business & HR leaders to identify critical capability requirements that enable business strategies & Nike’s growth agenda. In partnership with the Sr. Director of TM, leverage business and talent insights to create & strengthen an integrated Talent Management strategy enabled by premium global talent solutions. Continuously leverage business/HRBP feedback, observations, & talent data/scorecards to adjust short-term solutions/approach ensuring long-term talent objectives are achieved.

Be a champion for continuous improvement of our Talent Management efforts.

Talent Planning - Facilitate an on-going Talent conversation with business & HR leaders that results in a deep bench of capable & diverse future leaders. Drive and continuously inform global build/buy/move actions with an eye toward our long-term talent objectives. Bring a premium and strategically relevant set of Talent Management solutions that enable the best talent decisions at moments of choice.  Talent processes can include: Talent Segmentation, Succession Planning, Organization and Talent Reviews, Talent Planning, and other relevant Talent Management initiatives.

In alignment with short-term & long-term talent strategies, engage with peer HR COE’s (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Org Effectiveness) to ensure a premium experience for employees around key career moments/moves, development, and rewards.

Team - Serve as a key point of integration across the Talent COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Org Effectiveness) to ensure our enterprise solutions are informed by the talent leadership and capability requirements of the business.  Maintain highly effective working relationships with HR partners, business leadership & the Talent Management team members to inform & drive an Integrated Talent Strategy that enables Nike’s growth. 
QualificationsBachelor’s degree required
10+ years’ experience in a combination of the following areas: Talent Management, Talent Acquisition/Development, Human Resources Management, Meeting & decision-making facilitation with Sr. business leadership teams, HR Strategy/Planning
Effective experience leading/influencing organizational change
