Program Manager Job in Beaverton, VT

As a program manager for the Store Inventory Management (SIM) product, you will be responsible for scaling the cloud-based, iOS Nike inventory solution in retail stores around the globe. SIM enables huge unlocks for the stores in managing their back of house operations, as well as paving the way for Omnichannel experiences such as Buy Online Pickup In Store, Nike App at Retail, and RFID. The nature of the work is focused on defining processes to support overall organizational excellence in program management and process definition. The individual manages programs with multiple functions and works with business and internal stakeholders, product, and engineering to define milestones, dependencies, and development effort. This role also assesses changes in scope and the impacts to schedule, cost, and quality. They own risk management and assess criticality, probability, and impact on delivery, as well as choosing mitigation plans and escalating to leadership and stakeholders when necessary. Qualifications5 years project/program management experience
Experience working with local and remote teams across the globe
Understanding of Agile practices such as scrum and Kanban
Prior experience working with software engineering teams is a plus
