We're committed to making every consumer's experience a rewarding one, and as a member of our analytics team, your contributions will be a big part of our results.OVERVIEWThe DSM Integrated Business Planning (IBP) team aligns our cross-functional demand and supply plans to build an integrated operating plan. In collaboration with Finance teams and other functions (Nike Direct, Sales, Merchandising, Operations, etc.) the IBP group will propose and align action plans to manage those R&O’s in supporting achievement of Nike’s financial plans and targets. As the Senior IBP Analyst, you will be accountable for delivering analytically-driven insights to strengthen performance on our KPI’s and highlight an enterprise view of risks and opportunities (R & O) across the global portfolio. You will also help identify process gaps and facilitate the insights needed for continuous process improvement of the Global IBP process, and for partnering with the DSM Center of Excellence on creating advanced future IBP capability improvements.Qualifications•Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance or Supply Chain, MBA preferred.•Minimum 6 years of relevant professional experience with an emphasis on business reporting and analytics required. •Comprehensive and demonstrable experience in IBP and/or S&OP•Strong strategic and financial acumen required, as well as experience in financial, retail and/or supply chain planning. •Strong technical and analytical skillset required. Proficient in data wrangling and cleansing, optimization, simulation, and statistical analysis•Proven ability to sift through data, identify critical information, develop hypotheses, apply relevant techniques, and perform rigorous analyses quickly and consistently •Experience, interest, and adaptability to working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment•Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and ability to communicate complex concepts to senior and business audiences•Expert skill level in Excel and SQL as well as familiarity with R, SAS, or Python. Comfortable in Cognos. Tableau and familiarity with big data environments is preferred, but not required.•Demonstrated ability to learn new tools quickly and independently•Ability to travel as needed.
