You’ll be part of a team that is completely transforming the delivery of technology solutions that will cater to our dynamic needs in the space of Nike.comThe Web Agile Program team needs a excellent, self-motivated Program Manager who will deliver the right functionality at the right time, to deliver maximum value to our consumers and global business partners. You'll work cross functionality with Agile Development to be used for developing and implementing features and initiatives in the Nike.com space. Within NIKE.com and other consumer challenges, this work will be realized by Members/Consumers of NIKE in post purchase and self-service area. You will be on feature development and small to medium sized initiatives. You will collaborate with Engineering Managers, Architects, Scrum Masters, Product Owners/Product Managers and Business Owners to deliver technical solutions. You’ll be a servant leader to enable scrum teams to feel supported and deliver on Sprint commitments. It is important in this role, and all of Nike, to be able to create new ideas, generate consensus, and work cooperatively.In addition to those general role responsibilities, you'll need some specific experiences including:?Demonstrated results establishing project goals and alignment among key sponsors, stakeholders, business and technology partners.?Experience establishing governance structures that facilitate and drive decision-making, tradeoffs and escalation paths.?Ability to work effectively across business operations and technical teams, convening core project teams that are aligned and driving towards accomplishing the project goals. Experience managing teams and team dynamics, resolving conflicts constructively and quickly.?Demonstrated proficiency creating and managing project controls including project charters, project plans, issues/risks registers, RACI’s, dashboards and status updates.?Experience managing large project and/or program budgets within tight levels of variance. Ability to track and report on project finances to senior leaders and finance directors.?Experience working with change/transition managers to plan and execute impact mitigations (including communications, training and process development activities) needed to ensure the smooth transition of technology products to business stakeholders.?Ability to manage third party vendors, facilitating statement of work negotiations and agreements, and overseeing delivery of third-party products and/or services. ?Demonstrated stellar verbal and written communications skills.?Exceptional collaboration and group facilitation skills. Experience developing cross-functional teams - including design, product and technical teams - is an absolute must.?Experience and adaptability working in both waterfall and agile development environments. Experience using Jira is a plus.QualificationsBachelor's degree. PMP and CSM certification is a plus.7+ years of professional experience leading digital marketing, e-commerce or experience management projects 2 years of additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree NIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
