The Nike, Inc. Supply Chain team is the engine that propels product around the world. DescriptionAs our Sourcing Analyst, you’ll create and execute seasonal sourcing plans for assigned categories or products.  You’ll represent Sourcing in cross functional line planning to ensure needs and capabilities are built into the timelines and process.   You’ll offer manufacturing alternatives to resolve design, development, or pricing challenges.  You’ll coordinate with Manufacturing teams to select the most appropriate manufacturing source to meet quality and pricing needs.   You’ll analyze manufacturing capabilities to anticipate and avoid issues.  You’ll manage the costing/pricing process in conjunction with the Development team to meet best price and margin targets.   QualificationsRequirements for the position include:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• 5+ years' work experience in a supply chain related environment, with Product Sourcing, Forecasting, Supply planning and Purchase planning
• 2 years' additional relevant work experience in lieu of degree
• Strong analytical, statistical and problem solving skills
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing demands
• Proven written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent selling and negotiating skills
• Ability to resolve conflict
• Mid-Advanced knowledge of Excel, Tableau, Database query (Access, Cognos, Brio), analysis, and reporting 
• Familiarity with Nike Planning and Sourcing Database systems, tools and reports
• Product process and commercialization knowledge is helpful
• Project management or Nike product experience is also preferred
• Ability to travel up to 5% of the time, including possible overseas travel
