DescriptionSimplify and go – Nike products have short life cycles in terms both of technology and fashion. The company believes that making quick yet skillful decisions is key to its success. This aspect of Nike’s vision is particularly powerful in articulating the company’s hugely successful use of emergent strategy.As a Sr. Communications Manager on the Global Consumer Code team, you will utilize your advanced knowledge of process and design to create stories, and clearly communicate messages across Nike. You will develop, execute, and manage communication strategy in support of the strategic vision to drive adoption of key process and technology improvements as it supports Nike’s continuing ability to evolve and innovate.  You’ll also manage and direct the Consumer Code website to ensure timely and accurate messaging to the broader Nike community.  Responsibilities:Connect the Consumer Code network and lead monthly meetings for unified, holistic Consumer Code voice
Develop a comprehensive understanding of stakeholder function, business process, and distinct cultures
Develop and drive Communication strategy, inclusive of channel, creative collateral, and stakeholder management
Execute relevant communication strategies to support Consumer Code strategic vision
Manage and collaborate with Design resource to develop high-impact creative material for delivery at all levels of the organization (Campaign Monitor, website, printed collateral, presentation materials) that tell compelling visual stories through typographic, photographic, illustrative and graphic elements
Manage Consumer Code website via Livetiles and ensure appropriate connectivity across the Consumer Code network
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field, and a minimum of 5 years relevant experience, 2 years of additional experience in lieu of degree
Deep understanding of how to develop and execute communications strategies and tactics
Strong written, verbal, and visual communications skills
Strong organizational awareness with ability to partner and lead
Strong project management and analytical skills
Understanding of Consumer Code processes
Ability to influence functions and organizations
Ability to lead and manage change through stakeholder engagement, education and communication
Proven ability to understand, develop and incorporate graphic and web design principles
