DescriptionWorking in Nike's Direct to Consumer business will be rewarding, it'll be challenging, and it'll most definitely not be just another job. As APLA Business Planning Manager (NSO/NDDC), you will work across both the Geography and Territory teams to drive pre-season and in-season forecast alignment, as well as develop scenario plans that identify risk & opportunity. You will partner with Retail Planning to ensure business plans are in line with assortment plans. This role will guide retail sales & inventory planning, leveraging open to buy management to deliver revenue, margin, and inventory productivity goals. Ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of retail metrics and how they are used across functions to deliver sustainable growth for Nike, with a excellent ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business.

Qualifications4-year/university Degree (e.g. Bachelor's) in Business or related field
6 years' retail relevant experience in merchandise/business/demand/supply planning; experience working in a vertical retailer preferred
Ability to understand retail KPI’s, consumer metrics/persona’s, and formulate strategy/execution to drive toward revenue, margin, and inventory targets
Intellectual curiosity, able to think creatively and offer fresh ideas
Excellent influencing skills and ability to champion complex projects both cross functionally and vertically within the organization
Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with ability to simplify the complex and communicate effectively with executive leadership
Excellent cross-team calibration; Inspire high levels of engagement, trust and collaboration across diverse group of stakeholders
Ability to excel in highly matrixed organization; ability to effectively balance needs of multiple stakeholders, self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environment
