The SEC team will drive end-to-end integration across hundreds of business processes, leveraging a flexible and scalable Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and best-in-class technology solutions that support the retail experience of the future. As our Global Marketplace Ops (MPO) SEC Process Manager for Seasonal Execution, you will help define and implement transformational changes across all geographies and provide oversight on the SEC program and broader enterprise strategies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Develops, facilitates & provides subject matter expertise in the design and deployment of the future state strategic capabilities necessary to execute Nike's Global supply chain within the scope of integrated marketplace operations domain.• Contribute to building the critical capabilities needed to support Nike’s 2020 and beyond vision. Think strategically and provide input in the requirements and design process.• Assess the impact of these capabilities on Marketplace Ops function globally and locally. Serve as a consultant to Senior Business Leaders.• Demonstrate subject matter expertise to facilitate insights and best practices globally in Marketplace Operations Capabilities such as:• Marketplace prioritization (including demand and supply prioritization)• Order Promising logic (EDD, confirmation dates, ATP) along with Order Sourcing (node utilization, direct ship determination etc…)• In Season Inventory Reallocation• Global/Geo Trading room processes & decision support capabilities• Responsive Business Model Order Mgmt. & Fulfillment capabilities• Allocation/ Reallocation to maximize in-season full-price opportunity• Allocation rules alignment (priority, weekly, scope of check)• Order and contract consumption, CRD changes, Cancel codes• Order book productivity and governance• Managing Marketplace Operations performance to elevate service to our consumers while maximizing inventory productivity• Positive team player who can partner with x-functional and x-geo partners to ensure effective and efficient process and program execution.• Ensure collaboration to coordinate plans and drive business results, process excellence and capability development.• Collaborate with technical partners to develop realistic implementation/ project plans.• Key participant and developer of requirements, process mapping, and program documentation along with solution design.• Manage functional/SEC Marketplace Ops projects as required.COMPETENCIES• Innovation Mindset & Strategic Enterprise Thinking• Develops and defines tools, training, and processes in support of efficient process design• Comfort with principles and issues related to Information Technology systems, development and design• High tolerance for Ambiguity & Self-directed and comfortable working in ambiguous environments• Demonstrated ability to think critically and seamlessly collaborate with engineering partners• Exceptional listening, excellent written skills & high-profile communication/storytelling skills• Experience in aligning cross-cultural, cross-functional, and virtual teams• Strong relationship-building skills; ability to create trust among diverse personal styles• Experience in business process mapping, requirement gathering, and typical deployment cycles.Qualifications• 2+ years hands on experience working with business leaders at an executive level in a technology capacity • 2+ years’ experience leading cross-functional matrixed resources to accomplish common objectives• Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain discipline or related experience.• Role will be based in WHQ (Beaverton) for Global / GEO for SME• Bachelor's or advanced degree in supply chain discipline or related experience.• Minimum 5 years-total experience in Customer/Retail/Marketplace Operations or Supply Chain Operations/Consulting/Strategy, or a related field.• Additional expertise in Order Management (Order Capture, Maintenance, Delivery, Order Status, etc.) and Marketplace Operational Strategy/Policies & Procedures is a plus• SAFe.
